FAQs

What’s the difference between the Live Learning Lab and the CEU Hub?

The Live Learning Lab includes scheduled, real-time sessions where participants join at a set date and time. The CEU Hub offers self-paced courses you can complete on your own schedule. Both are designed to support professional learning and continuing education needs.

How do I earn CE hours through the CEU Hub (asynchronous)?

Through the CEU Hub, participants earn CEUs by completing all required course components, including any recorded modules, readings, assessments, and the final evaluation. Once everything is complete, the system records their progress and awards the approved CEU hours.

How do I earn CE hours through the Live Learning Lab (synchronous)?

Through the Live Learning Lab, participants earn CEUs by registering for a scheduled session and completing all required components, including attending the live training for the full designated time and completing any required participation steps and the final evaluation (when applicable). Once everything is complete, the session record is verified and the approved CEU hours are awarded.

How long will I have access to a course?

Participants retain access for one full year from the date of purchase or registration, which allows them to revisit the content at their own pace.

Do I have to complete it in one sitting?

No. The platform saves progress automatically, and participants can log in and out as needed.

When and how do I get my certificate?

Once the final assessment and evaluation are submitted, the certificate is generated immediately. Participants can download it directly from their account, and a copy is also emailed to them.

Will these hours count for my Oklahoma license?

Yes. CEU Hub courses are designed to meet Oklahoma licensing standards for continuing education. If a specific type of credit is offered, such as ethics or supervision, it will be clearly indicated.

What if I lose my certificate?

Participants can log into their account at any time to download an additional copy. If they need assistance, the team can resend it upon request.

Do you accept purchase orders or group invoicing?

Yes. Purchase orders and group invoicing are accepted. Participants or organizations can contact the administrative team for details and required documentation.
